Construction Truck Equipment is Hiring an Industrial Painter Near Albuquerque, NM
Industrial Painter,
Prestigious, well established company is seeking an experienced Equipment Painter for a full-time position from 7am – 3:30 pm Monday to Friday and with occasional OT as needed. We are seeking someone with 2-7 years’ experience and the skills to handle the below:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for applying primer, paint and similar coatings to metals using various methods such as spraying, rollers and brushes
- Responsible for cleaning and removing previous finishes including by grinding/sanding and cleaning up after each step of preparation
- Operate a spray paint booth
Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and sit, stand or walk for extended periods
- Experience using sandpaper, scrapers, brushes, steel wool or sanding machines
- Ability to use caulking guns or putty knives to fill holes, cracks and joints
- Any previous construction or carpentry skills a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- HS Diploma or GED
This position starts on a temporary basis and has the possibility of becoming permanent based on performance and attendance. We are interviewing daily. Apply now for immediate consideration.
